Hello, I am Nicole from Romania (Europe) and I own a standard knitting machine. I am still learning but I want to become an exquisite fashionable knitwear designer. I am on my way.

Hello. I am Linda and I have just under 30 machines right now. I just got a Singer 700 so will be learning what it can do. I like the built in KnitLeader feature of it. Every machine has its own special use, but I still go the the bulky machine to do much of my designing. I design, teach and share my knowledge with other creative people. I will be teaching an after-school hand knit course to teenagers at my local community center in April and developing follow-on courses to keep them going. I will be going up to Portland to demonstrate machine knitting over Memorial Day in May and also up to San Francisco in early May. I have created some beautiful machine knit patterns on my Etsy site: LindasCrafts.Etsy.com, and I also have a knitting blog: myblueheavenknits.wordpress.com. Stop by and visit!

Hi, My name is Sandy and I live in Southern Oregon. I hand and machine knit but the machine knitting is a little rusty. I have recently joined a machine knitting group in my town so am looking forward to getting back into it. I have a brother bulkey, a brother standard gauage both with ribbers and a brother 940 electronic with ribber and an LK-150. I also have DAK 7 so I hope there will be some discussion about that too. I also have a subsription to Knit it Now which I love...Lots of video's and lessons on line. I also like to sew and quilt and machine embroidery and hand knit so I get nothing done because I spread myself too thin. I am going to have to take a hard look at what I really enjoy the most and some of my hobbies are going to have to go.

Hi all, I joined this forum awhile ago but never got around to introducing myself. My name is Claranne and I live in Hawaii. We moved here a little over 9 years ago from Portland, Oregon. Both my husband and I are retired. I have been machine knitting for about 16 years. I have tried all sorts of crafts including machine embroidery, card making, and crocheting. But my favorites are sewing and knitting. I use DAK some but generally knit simpler sweaters. I have a Zibbet shop to sell my sweaters and other clothes I make, here is a link. www.zibbet.com/Clarify
