I've been looking for some quick amigurumi patterns. Mostly everything looks pretty involved and I'd like some little stocking stuffers. Ideas/links?

I agree with Henry, start at Ravelry. It's a really great search engine for crochet projects. If you don't find what you're looking for, I'd suggest google it! The only problem with google is that A LOT of the results lately have been "fake" in that you are lead to a picture only, and there really isn't a pattern.

We stock Catania Cotton. Its a fingering weight yarn. We sell most of it online, so we don't know for sure what everyone is doing with it. But one customer asked us to bring in some colors we didn't previously stock, because she was dong Amigurumi projects. I'm rather amazed how much of it sells. Mostly single balls, so it must be Amigurumi projects, or small toys. www.yarn-store.com/schachenmayr-catania-cotton-yarn.htmlAlthough, I could see it in some really cute facial cloth and facial towel gift sets. It's really nice cotton, with a sheen, good quality, fun colors . . . can you tell I love my products!

Nice! I've found it's actually really difficult to find fingering weight cotton for some reason.

Nice! I've found it's actually really difficult to find fingering weight cotton for some reason. Yes, I agree! The Catania is really nice too. I'd love to do a summer top out of it. Fingering weight cotton is just not something each yarn company has in its line. Henry and I are glad to be able to offer this one, and in such awesome colors too.
